Group/Division

The Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of the chips that power the technologies of today and the future, including AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Semi PC’s differentiated inspection, metrology and data analytic systems discover, characterize and monitor the defects and variations that can affect manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem, including high-performance logic chips, advanced memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. Semi PC solves our customers’ most critical challenges through a combination of innovative technologies, close collaborations, and a dynamic, global team. Role Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and leading the strategic account management of assigned accounts. This role serves as the primary interface between the customer and KLA, driving account growth, business expansion, and cross-functional execution from advanced technology development through high-volume manufacturing (HVM).

The successful candidate demonstrates strong technical credibility in semiconductor manufacturing, commercial acumen, outcome ownership, executive presence, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from engineering teams to senior executives and key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer growth, business performance, and strategic account planning.
• Build, develop, and influence relationships across executive, technical, and procurement stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities from advanced R&D through HVM.
• Lead complex sales cycles and deliver forecast, revenue, and market share growth objectives.
• Drive cross-functional execution to ensure delivery of customer commitments and strategic priorities.
• Manage delivery, shipment, and installation milestones to support customer success and business objectives.
• Proactively manage competitive threats, business risks, and customer challenges.
• Demonstrate strong outcome ownership in delivering customer success and business results.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced technical education or business-related qualifications are a plus.
• 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience in applications, engineering, service, marketing, sales, or other customer-facing technical roles. Candidates with 5+ years of highly relevant experience and demonstrated leadership potential may also be considered.
• A strong technical background in semiconductor manufacturing, including metrology, inspection, process control, lithography, patterning, or related technologies, is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions through customer engagement, project leadership, or account management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen, business judgment, strategic thinking, and outcome ownership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
