Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

For our Migdal HaEmek office, we are looking for a talented and versatile Accounting manager to join our team.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with different parts of the organization and support various business divisions. You will become part of a strong global finance team that today supports a fast-growing business with annual revenues of billions of dollars.

This is a highly visible role that will report directly to the Finance Director.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the AP function.
• Overseeing department activities to ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management and government.
• Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, HR, finance, and treasury, to ensure seamless financial operations and support company objectives.
• Participate in the monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, ensuring all AP-related transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting. CPA a must
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
• Proven management experience with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills. Can do approach.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• A high level of English is required.
• Proficiency with SAP.
