KLA is an American supplier of process control and yield management equipment for semiconductor manufacturing, formed by the 1997 merger of KLA Instruments, founded in 1975, and Tencor Instruments. Its tools inspect wafers, reticles and packaging for defects and measure critical dimensions and overlay, giving chipmakers the feedback they need to keep yields acceptable at advanced nodes. Headquartered in Milpitas, California and listed on Nasdaq, it holds a dominant share of the wafer inspection market and also supplies specialty process and electronic assembly equipment.

To make electronics, you need chips, wafers, transistors, reticles, and... To make these, you must see, test and manufacture them at scale-faster and better than ever before. That's where KLA comes in. Whether you're early in your career or an experienced professional, you'll solve complex challenges, work alongside brilliant minds and help shape the future of technology.

Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites worldwide. The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation and Quality, builds our leading-edge technology.
