Hauptverantwortlichkeit:

• Sicherstellen, dass alle zugewiesenen Fertigungsprüfstände effizient und präzise betrieben werden.

Aufgaben des Mitarbeiters:

• Richtet eine Vielzahl von halbautomatischen Prüfständen ein und bedient diese, einschließlich Montageausrüstung, die bei der Herstellung des Unternehmensprodukts verwendet wird.
• Verantwortlich für den gesamten Arbeitsablauf von der Montage, Justage und Inbetriebnahme unserer Maschinenkomponenten.
• Arbeitet anhand von Zeichnungen und Prozeduren oder schriftlichen/mündlichen Anweisungen des Vorgesetzten, um Produktionstätigkeiten auszuführen.
• Überprüft und inspiziert die Betriebsergebnisse anhand vorgegebener Toleranzen. Final Test der Komponenten.
• Fehleranalyse, Fehlerbehebung und Fehlerdokumentation.
• Handling und Verpackung.
• Optik Inspektion, Optik Reinigung und Teile Reinigung für Reinraum Klasse ISO5.

Ihr Profil / Das bringen Sie mit

• Sie verfügen über 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der opto-mechanischen Montage und Justage.

• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als

  • Industriemechaniker / Feinmechaniker,

  • Mechatroniker oder

  • Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme.

• Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, qualitätsbewusst und haben ein gutes technisches Verständnis.

• Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung im Arbeiten nach definierten Prozessen und im Reinraumumfeld.
