GWS is responsible for site improvements to support business needs, promoting a secure work environment, regulation compliance, safety protocol implementation, emergency preparedness and risk mitigation.What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
Responsibilities:
Gathers, compiles, verifies, and analyzes information for use in memos, and presentations
Facilitates smooth communication between senior management, coworkers, and external parties such as media, customers, vendors, and the public
Maintains the security and confidentiality of management records and files
Performs tasks using independent judgment, including preparing documents and presentation
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preparing reports, presentations, and managing office coordination tasks
Ensure compliance with company safety standards, environmental policies, and operational procedures throughout field service activities
Create, review, and manage estimates, work orders, and customer documentation within company service management systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, parts, and engineering teams to support comprehensive customer solutions across service operations
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Total Rewards
Base Pay Range: $29.57 - $43.00 Per Hour Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLAKLA’s total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.
Interns are eligible for some of the benefits listed. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
