About the role
Every store on Klarna's platform needs someone on the other end who actually knows their business - that's you. You'll be the point of contact for a portfolio of listed stores, building relationships that last beyond a single request and making sure both the stores and their shoppers get real value out of the platform.
Beyond the commercial side, you'll support the broader Sales and Operations team day to day - including optimizing store listings so they convert and get found in the first place.
What you'll do
You'll own and develop the relationship with your portfolio of listed stores and their users.
You'll optimize store listings to increase conversion and visibility.
You'll support the team with day-to-day Operations work and process improvements.
You'll act as an internal sparring partner, bringing the stores' perspective into decisions made elsewhere in the organization.
You'll identify business opportunities with your partners and work with them directly to act on them.
Who you are
You've worked in business development, partnerships, or another relationship-facing position before.
You build relationships that hold up over time, with both external partners and internal colleagues, not just single transactions.
You go into the data yourself to find what's actually happening, and you turn what you find into a concrete next step rather than just a report.
You organize your own work without waiting to be told what's next, and you find real satisfaction in the operational parts of the job, not just the commercial ones.
