Junior AI / Quant Analyst

We are looking for a junior AI/quant analyst with strong Python, maths, statistics, and machine learning skills. The role is suited to someone early in their career who wants to work on AI and quantitative finance problems for banks, corporates, investment firms, and financial institutions. The candidate should be technically curious, comfortable with data, and willing to learn financial services concepts such as credit risk, market risk, treasury, ALM, portfolio analytics, and financial modelling.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, quant analytics, financial modelling, or software development.
• Strong Python skills.
• Good understanding of statistics, mathematics, econometrics, or machine learning.
• Interest in financial services, banking, capital markets, trading, risk, or investment analytics.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a small, high-performance team.
• Degree in math, statistics, economics, engineering, computer science, physics, finance, data science, or a related subject.
• MSc or strong project work in quantitative finance, financial data science, AI/ML, econometrics, or computational finance.
• Interest in CFA, FRM, CQF, or similar qualifications is useful but not mandatory.
• Personal or academic projects in trading, portfolio analytics, options, risk modelling, forecasting, or financial AI are a plus.
