The main responsibilities of a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE include:
Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.
Ensure timely responses and follow-ups to customer requests.
Meet established performance targets related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and service quality.
Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience in every interaction.

- Experience in Customer Service roles using textual channels (e.g. email, messaging, webchat etc.) non-voice
- Impeccable written communication skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and time manage
- Experience responding to high volumes of interactions with a high degree of quality
