We are looking for a Lifecycle & CRM Specialist to support member engagement, retention, and revenue growth by developing and delivering targeted communications throughout the member journey.

The main responsibilities of a LIFECYCLE AND CRM SPECIALIST include:

• Support the member lifecycle program to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

• Build and deliver communications across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, web, and surveys.

• Use Braze as the core platform for managing and executing lifecycle communications.

• Collaborate with the Head of Member and the Lifecycle & Product Engagement Manager to implement lifecycle strategies across campaigns and business-as-usual (BAU) communications.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

- 2+ years related experience Figma experience for content preparation and stakeholder feedback.

-CRM or lifecycle marketing experience across multiple channels.

- Experience running surveys or member research (e.g. Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Lyssna).

- Confident with segmentation, testing and performance reporting.

- Strong attention to detail, and an understanding of deliverability, consent and privacy requirements

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

- Braze certification

- Liquid

- HTML/CSS or SQL skills Experience in a membership, subscription, loyalty or sport business
