The main responsibilities of a SCADA PROJECT ENGINEER include:
- Lead and independently execute engineering tasks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence and practicality.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager and Project Managers to align internal and external resources with project timelines and milestones.
- Evaluate and manage proposals for engineering services, ensuring they meet project requirements and budget.
- Conduct thorough quality reviews of work performed by the team, addressing any technical issues and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Oversee the documentation process, including the creation and resolution of information requests, technical enquiries, and submittal documents.
- Assist in the development of project proposals, including conceptual designs, cost estimations, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with various disciplines within the company to ensure integrated and efficient project execution.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to junior engineers and team members to foster professional growth and project success.
- Offer on-site support during the construction phase to resolve any emerging issues and ensure adherence to plans.
- Perform additional tasks or duties as required by management to meet the evolving needs of the company and its projects.

- Proven expertise in engineering within the solar industry or related fields.
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders.
