  • Du monitorst die Projekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg, stellst die kaufmännische Steuerung sicher und begleitest den Prozess bis zum korrekten Projektabschluss
  • Deine Haupttätigkeiten umfassen die Budgetplanung, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Kostenkontrolle, Prognoseerstellung (Forecasts) sowie die Berichterstattung an den Kunden und das Management
  • Durchführung kaufmännischer Qualitäts- und Plausibilitätschecks zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und wirtschaftlicher Projektperformance
  • Proaktive Statusabfrage bei Projektabweichungen und wesentlichen Forecast-Änderungen. Du leitest daraus gewonnene Erkenntnisse ab und teilst diese gezielt mit relevanten Projektstakeholdern
  • Du bist AnsprechpartnerIn für alle Projektstakeholder und hilfst zuverlässig bei verschiedenen Fragestellungen und Analyse
  • In einer Matrixfunktion arbeitest du eng mit Niederlassungen und dem Controlling zusammen und stimmst dich laufend ab

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HTL/FH/Uni).
  • Du bringst Basiswissen über Abläufe und Methoden im Projektgeschäft sowie ein solides betriebswirtschaftliches Fundament mit
  • Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und strukturiert und kommunizierst proaktiv mit Projektstakeholdern und verschiedenen Abteilungen
  • Du hast teilweisen Kundenkontakt und verfügst über eine Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 10%
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office werden vorausgesetzt, SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und bringst dich aktiv und kreativ in die Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen ein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse werden für diese Position vorausgesetzt
