About The Role
Our UK Country Business is looking to recruit an exceptional agent at Senior Sales Negotiator or Associate level in our high performing Weybridge office.
From elegant period homes to contemporary developments and sought-after village locations, the successful candidates will be responsible for winning instructions, building market share and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities Include
- Conducting market appraisals, viewings and negotiations to successful completion.
- Securing property instructions within company guidelines to achieve business targets.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers and professional introducers.
- Identifying opportunities to grow market share and generate new business.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Building lasting relationships with clients while upholding Knight Frank's reputation and values.
- Demonstrating strong negotiation skills and a consistent track record of delivering results.
- Being self-motivated, organised and driven to exceed targets.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to maximise opportunities.
