Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a candidate with strong foundational knowledge in machine learning and deep learning, including encoder-decoder models, transformers, CNNs, and GANs. The role requires an understanding of core ML algorithms such as classification, regression, clustering, and dimensionality reduction.

Responsibilities:

• Work on e-commerce search problems involving large-scale structured and unstructured data.
• Analyse data, perform error analysis, debugging, tuning, and optimisation of models.
• Modify and improve research code based on performance analysis.
• Approach problems with strong analytical thinking and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of mathematics (probability, statistics, linear algebra, and optimisation), strong DSA fundamentals, and proficiency in Python with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, and more.
• Experience in NLP and familiarity with large language models (LLMs) is preferred, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience training, tuning, and deploying deep learning models (essential).
• Experience modifying deep learning research code.
• Academic or professional experience working on ML/DL projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master's / PhD in Computer Science, ECE, EE, AI, ML, or data science.
