DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable software deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and system reliability.
• Work closely with backend, AI/ML, and platform teams to optimise deployment workflows.
• Manage containerised applications and orchestration platforms.
• Implement infrastructure security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of services.
• Continuously improve deployment processes, observability, and platform performance.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2 ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3 IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, RDS, etc. ).
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Strong experience with Docker and containerization.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Good understanding of Linux system administration and shell scripting (Bash/Python).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, or CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, security best practices, and cloud architecture.
• Experience with Git and modern DevOps workflows.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting AI/ML or Generative AI workloads and GPU-based infrastructure.
• Familiarity with model deployment, inference services, or MLOps pipelines.
• Experience managing scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS) and caching systems (Redis).
• Knowledge of security scanning, secrets management, and cloud cost optimisation.
