The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist department managers and team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Conduct research and collect data to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance processes and operations.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to expand your knowledge.
- Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling, filing, and organizing documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Promote Knutson Construction through community involvement and deliver The Knutson Experience.
- Respond to and complete all other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Knowledge of and proficient in the use of personal computers and related Microsoft software.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relationships including the ability to initiative a productive verbal conversation with others.
- Strong skills in time management, ability to work under pressure and tight timelines, working with multiple demands with strong attention to details.
- Ability to travel to and within project sites.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
