Your Job

The Taiwan Key Customer Integrated Solutions Program Manager (ISPM) is the primary program leader for strategic customer opportunities requiring coordinated solutions across multiple products, technologies, manufacturing locations, and functions. The role leads programs from opportunity identification and pre-NPI definition through formal product development, industrialization, launch, and customer delivery.

Based in Taiwan and closely connected to the customer, this role converts customer priorities and technical needs into an executable program framework, aligns regional and global teams, and provides one accountable interface for scope, timing, risks, decisions, and commitments. The position maintains lifecycle continuity while partnering with execution program managers and plant project managers to deliver results

What You Will Do

Key Customer Program Leadership

· Own the integrated program relationship for assigned strategic customer(s) and serve as the primary program point of contact across opportunity definition, development, qualification, launch, and ramp.

· Build a clear understanding of the customer roadmap, application priorities, decision process, technical requirements, timing, and business constraints.

· Translate customer needs into program charters, scope boundaries, deliverables, assumptions, decision points, and measurable success criteria.

· Maintain an integrated view across related products and projects so customer commitments are managed as one coordinated program rather than as disconnected workstreams.

Front-End Opportunity and Solution Definition

· Lead early-phase alignment from pre-PR1 / PR0 through program readiness, including opportunity framing, feasibility, resource needs, preliminary timing, and execution strategy.

· Coordinate Product Management, Sales, FAE, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to define a technically feasible and commercially aligned solution.

· Identify ambiguity, requirement gaps, dependencies, and tradeoffs early; drive closure or escalation before execution commitments are made.

· Establish readiness and handoff criteria for transition into formal PDP / NPI execution while preserving accountability and context.

Customer Governance and Communication

· Lead customer program reviews and provide concise, fact-based communication on milestones, risks, changes, decisions, and recovery actions.

· Align internal stakeholders before external commitments and maintain disciplined control of customer expectations, especially during requirement changes or accelerated requests.

· Establish an effective governance cadence, including working-level reviews, leadership escalation, decision logs, action tracking, and executive reporting as appropriate.

· Ensure customer feedback and voice-of-customer inputs are documented, prioritized, traceable, and translated into accountable internal actions.

Program Execution and Delivery

· Develop and maintain an integrated program plan covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, dependencies, validation, industrialization, and launch readiness.

· Coordinate execution across global and regional cross-functional teams, including multiple execution program managers and plant project managers when applicable.

· Lead regular program reviews, risk assessments, issue resolution, recovery planning, and escalation to protect customer and business objectives.

· Manage scope changes, requirement changes, timing changes, and commercial or technical dependencies through structured change control.

· Drive on-time decisions and closure of critical actions while maintaining clear ownership and accountability.

Regional and Global Alignment

· Act as the Taiwan-based connection between the key customer and global business, engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams.

· Coordinate effectively across Asia, Americas, and Europe time zones and ensure decisions, risks, and customer commitments are consistently communicated.

· Partner with local customer-facing teams and global execution teams to balance responsiveness with realistic technical, operational, and supply-chain capability.

· Support a scalable customer-program operating model by applying consistent governance, templates, metrics, and lessons learned.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in a technical, engineered-product, electronics, interconnect, semiconductor, or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs involving customer requirements, product development, and manufacturing execution.
  • Strong customer-facing communication, facilitation, negotiation, and expectation-management skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across functions, sites, cultures, and organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, establish structure, identify risks, and drive timely decisions.
  • Working knowledge of product development / NPI processes, integrated schedules, risk management, change control, and executive reporting.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English for customer and global-team communication.
  • Ability to work across time zones and travel to customer, engineering, supplier, and manufacturing locations as business needs require.

What Will Put You Ahead

· Experience supporting a strategic global customer or key account in Taiwan.

· Background in integrated solutions involving multiple product families, technologies, sites, or business units.

· Experience with high-power, data-center, server, networking, connector, cable-assembly, busbar, or related electromechanical products.

· Experience leading programs from early customer engagement through qualification, industrialization, and volume ramp.

· Familiarity with structured PDP / NPI stage-gate frameworks and customer-specific qualification processes.

· PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.

Success Measures

· Clear and timely conversion of customer opportunities into executable, approved program plans.

· Predictable delivery against customer commitments for scope, timing, quality, cost, and launch readiness.

· Early identification and closure of requirement gaps, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

· Effective cross-functional and cross-site alignment with transparent ownership and escalation.

· High-quality customer communication and disciplined management of changes and expectations
