DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Own and sustain manufacturing process capability, stability, and performance throughout the mass production lifecycle.
2.
Lead resolution of manufacturing-related issues through effective root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
3.
Assess and govern the manufacturing impact of engineering, process, and product changes to ensure controlled implementation and minimal operational risk.
4.
Partner withMolex team and suppliers to align manufacturing execution to meet thecustomer, quality, and delivery requirements.
5.
Lead and Drive the process optimization projects for continuously improvement
SCOPE:
Serve as the Manufacturing Engineering owner for MXVP Contract Manufacturers, ensuring supplier manufacturing capabilities, capacity, and operational performance consistently meet quality, delivery, and business requirements.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
·College degree or above, major in engineering, Mechanical Electronics.
PREFERRED:
·Bachelor is preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
·Above 5 years' work experience of manufacturing engineering.
PREFERRED:
·At least 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience in either cable, connector, or cage assembly manufacturing
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
·Mechnical background or related working experience
·Knowledge of problem-solving and Lean manufacturing techniques (DMAIC, 5Why, KanBan, Kaizen, TPM etc.)
·Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
PREFERRED:
- nowledge and execution of problem solving
- IPC 620 knowledge.
