Asa QAEngineer(Salesforce), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. WhatYouWillDo

• ValidateSalesforcesolutionsacrossSalesCloud,ServiceCloud,ExperienceCloud,andMarketingCloudtoensurebusinessrequirementsaremetwithhighquality.
• Developcomprehensiveteststrategies,testscenarios,andtestplansthatprovideeffectivefunctionalandregressioncoverage.
• Performfunctional,integration,smoke,sanity,andregressiontestingtoensureapplicationstabilityandreliability.
• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoidentifyrisks,clarifyrequirements,andensurequalityisembeddedthroughoutthedevelopmentlifecycle.
• Drivedefectidentification,rootcauseanalysis,validation,andresolutionwhilemaintaininghighstandardsforissuereportingandqualitydocumentation.
• SupportautomationinitiativesbydevelopingandmaintainingPlaywright-basedautomatedtestsuitesusingTypeScript.
• Contributetoexpandingautomationcoverageandimprovingtestefficiencythroughreusableframeworksandbestpractices.
• Executeautomatedtestsuites,analyzeresults,andprovideactionablefeedbacktoimproveproductquality.
• SupporttestingactivitieswithinCI/CDpipelinestoenablefasterandmorereliablesoftwarereleases.
• ParticipateactivelyinAgileceremoniesandcontributetosprintplanning,reviews,retrospectives,andcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.
• EstablisheffectivetestdatamanagementstrategiesandensureappropriateSalesforceenvironmentreadinessfortestingactivities.
• LeverageAI-poweredtoolsandinnovativetestingapproachestoimprovetestingproductivity,quality,andefficiency.
• Actasaqualityadvocatebypromotingbestpractices,knowledgesharing,andcontinuousimprovementacrosstheteam.

WhoYouAre(BasicQualifications)

• Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationTechnology,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
• 3-5yearsofexperienceinSalesforcefunctionaltesting.
• ExperiencetestingSalesforceSalesCloud,ServiceCloud,ExperienceCloud,andMarketingCloudapplications.
• Hands-onexperiencewithPlaywrightandTypeScriptfortestautomation.
• StrongunderstandingofSalesforceobjects,usermanagement,permissions,roles,profiles,reports,dashboards,andbusinessprocesses.
• Experiencecreating,executing,andmaintainingtestplans,testcases,andtestdocumentation.
• KnowledgeofSQLandexperiencevalidatingapplicationdata.
• ExperienceusingtestingandprojectmanagementtoolssuchasJIRAandXray.
• Understandingofsoftwaretestingmethodologies,defectlifecyclemanagement,andAgiledevelopmentprocesses.
• Stronganalytical,troubleshooting,communication,andcollaborationskills.
