Your Job
As a Salesforce Developer at Koch, you will be responsible to design, build, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that enable business growth and operational excellence. In this role, you will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions across the Salesforce platform while driving application quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

The team partners closely with stakeholders, architects, and developers to support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow technologies.
- Deliver scalable and reusable platform capabilities that enhance user experience and support business objectives.
- Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, platform events, and middleware technologies.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce platform capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Build secure, maintainable, and high-performing solutions that align with Salesforce development best practices.
- Support application stability through root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, estimate work, and deliver value in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to development standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the Salesforce team.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience utilizing Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation capabilities.
- Experience working with Salesforce data models, security architecture, sharing models, and governor limits.
- Experience developing and supporting REST and/or SOAP-based integrations with external systems.
- Experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop user-facing solutions.
- Experience supporting application deployments, release management activities, and source control processes.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Salesforce environments.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience developing asynchronous processing solutions using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, or Future methods.
- Experience migrating Aura components to Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience implementing CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps Center.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms.
- Experience applying Salesforce security best practices, including CRUD/FLS enforcement, sharing strategies, and secure coding practices.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical standards and best practices.
- Experience creating technical design documentation and working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
