Your Job
To work closely with NPI team to develop process design and new die development to win new projects, to work closely with production/PE to provide the technical improvement or support for stamping parts running smoothly in mass production.

What You Will Do
New Product Introduction:
ØParticipate in product design process through appropriate design for manufacturing (DFM) input in stamping parts; 提供可靠的冲压件DFM制造可行性策略评估，参与产品设计过程
ØChallenge process design and die design to make the competitive cost through manufacturing (DFM) input and DMF (Decision Making Framework) simulation; 通过制造可行评估与经济决策框架评估,挑战流程设计和冲模设计,以获得具有竞争力的制造成本
ØBased on DFM&DMF conclusion to develop new die on time through PFMEA & design review process
根据DFM&DMF的策略结论, 运用失效模式分析工具进行设计评审, 以及时完成模具开发
ØDebug FAI and Q-run to complete the die qualification for stamping parts
调试FAI和Q-run以完成冲压件的模具性能鉴定
ØCreate TQCP documents to standard process for custom audit and lesson learn
建立全制程品质控制计划文件,以锁定流程标准化满足客户稽核需求及他石攻错
ØTraining production team to release the new products in mass production
培训生产团队使得新产品落地量产
Stamping Engineering:
ØFocus on Core Business products to level up stamping capabilities to increase profit
专注于核心业务产品,提升冲压制造能力以增加营业利润
ØNew technology development within the direction from section manager or above to win new biz
在部门经理或以上领导的指引方向下进行新技术开发,以赢得新的业务
ØTechnical support both for outside supplier and inner metal cutting or forming process
为外部协力厂商或内部需求部门,提供金属切割或成型冲压技术支持
ØLearn and share PBM® culture and level up self-capabilities to create maximize long term value

Production Supporting:
ØProvide the technical improvement or support for QN/Line Car/IDR reduction
为降低客诉、内部制程品质异常提供技术改进或支持
ØWork with PE/production to do process continue improvement
与PE/生产部门合作,持续改进流程
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Diploma and above degree in Manufacturing or engineering discipline
工科类大专以上学历At least 7 years of die design experience in the metal forming industry，Familiar with individual die, progressive die, and transfer die
7年以上冲压模具设计经验,熟悉单工模/连续模/传送模
- Familiar with UG and AutoCAD software
- Good knowledge of tooling and processing for metal forming
- Good knowledge of high precision die fabrication
- Make appropriate use of tools such as DFM, SPC, PFMEA, Six Sigma etc.
- Willing to learn and share PBM®culture
熟练运用UG和Auto CAD软件
熟悉金属成型的模治具和工艺流程
熟悉高精密模具加工制造
具备DFM,SPC,PFMEA,六西格玛等工具运用能力
有意愿学习和分享PBM®文化
What Will Put You Ahead
Busbar die experience is preferred, such as thick thickness(T:1~10mm) copper or aluminum
有母排冲压模具经验者优先,例如铜板或铝件厚料冲压(料厚1~10毫米)
Fluent English communication skill is preferred.
Good transfer die design skill is preferred for busbar stamping
具备熟练的英文沟通能力优先
