Kogan.com is an Australian online retailer that began by selling its own brand televisions direct to consumers. It has expanded into a marketplace and into mobile, internet, insurance and energy services. The company is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

We’re on a mission to make the most in-demand products and services more affordable and accessible for all Australians, and our Logistics team is key to making that happen.

We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our high-performing team and help streamline operations across our supply chain. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you’ll drive process improvements, manage 3PL relationships, and support internal efficiency, all while helping to upskill the team and keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and is passionate about operational excellence. If you’re ready to take ownership, make an impact, and grow with a business that never sits still, apply now and help shape the future of logistics at Kogan.com.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Working closely with third-party logistics providers to identify and implement process improvements, while ensuring operational agreements are upheld
  • Training and upskilling Logistics Coordinators on logistics tools and systems, and developing clear, easy-to-follow process documentation
  • Reconciling freight and warehousing invoices, and creating effective invoice checking processes across both international and domestic carriers
  • Managing the logistics inbox and ensuring all incoming queries are responded to promptly and accurately
  • Performing and overseeing key logistics administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
  • Leading regular meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve logistics issues and drive operational alignment
  • Implementing agreed process improvements across internal departments to boost efficiency and performance
  • Supporting the Logistics Management Team with the rollout and execution of new projects and strategic initiatives
  • Providing input into freight and warehousing cost analysis, and assisting in tender processes
  • Continuously looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working to improve logistics performance and customer outcomes

To be successful in this role, you should be:

  • University degree qualified in a relevant field (Commerce, Business, Logistics & Supply Chain, or similar).
  • Experienced in Logistics operations, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or a high-volume supply chain environment. Familiarity with International Freight will be highly regarded
  • Skilled at working with third-party logistics providers, with a focus on relationship management and operational improvement
  • Process-oriented and detail-driven, with a strong ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
  • Comfortable reconciling invoices and managing financial processes with accuracy and diligence
  • Forward-thinking with an understanding of how to leverage AI tools and data analytics to automate routine tasks, optimize supply chain predictability, and drive smarter decision-making.
  • A natural communicator who thrives in collaborative environments and knows how to engage stakeholders
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Confident using logistics systems and tools, and capable of training others in best practices
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, with a mindset that’s always looking for ways to optimise and enhance how things are done
