Gen AI Engineer

Requirements:

• Looking for 2-4 years of hands-on experience shipping RAG-based applications in production.
• Hands-on agentic AI: multi-step reasoning, tool/function calling, and orchestration (LangChain/LangGraph, Bedrock Agents, or equivalent).
• LLM engineering: prompt engineering, prompt chaining, embeddings, vector retrieval, and output grounding/evaluation.
• Backend development (Python and/or Java): services, APIs, and event-driven workflows.
• AWS: Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3 Bedrock; IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch.
• Document parsing and multi-format ingestion (PDF, Word, Excel); vector/knowledge-base design (OpenSearch, RDS).
• Integrating enterprise/ALM tools such as Polarion (RTM); building system-to-system integrations.
• Independent ownership in an offshore delivery model with clear written communication.

Nice to Have:

• Healthcare/clinical/eCOA domain exposure and PHI compliance awareness.
• CI/CD (CodePipeline/CodeBuild), observability, and latency/cost optimization.
• Fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from feedback, and traceability/metadata tagging.
