Human Resources Officer

Our client, one of the largest Company Service Provider in Malta are looking for a Human Resources Officer to support their growing team across onboarding, recruitment, payroll, and day-to-day employee operations. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will include:

What You’ll Do

• Deliver an extraordinary onboarding experience, prepare employment contracts, and support candidate scheduling.
• Maintain online employee records, update internal HR systems, and ensure full GDPR compliance.
• Assist with smooth payroll processing, leave tracking, and document preparation.
• Act as a go-to contact for staff queries, helping foster a positive and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.
• Education: MQF Level 4 qualification or higher in a relevant field.
• Know How: Solid understanding of HR, payroll basics, and employment principles (experience with Maltese work permits/visas is a great bonus)
• Skills: Strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
