Project Manager (M&E)

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage multiple electrical and mechanical building services projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate site teams, manpower, materials, and project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Read, interpret, and amend AutoCAD drawings, including preparing material take-offs and quantity calculations.
• Prepare valuations, billing documentation, variations, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Support project cost control, progress reporting, and quantity surveying activities.
• Plan material procurement and ensure sites have the necessary resources and up-to-date technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote safe working practices.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, manpower deployment, risks, and operational requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical and mechanical building services.
• Strong project coordination, site management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to read and amend AutoCAD technical drawings.
• Experience in material take-offs, valuations, quantity surveying, and project variations.
• Excellent communication in English, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard project management tools.
• Mechanical qualifications and/or an Electrical Licence will be considered an asset.
