Supervise the accounting team and ensure that all assigned duties are performed accurately and efficiently.
Monitor inter-branch current accounts and ensure that balances are properly reconciled.
Review customer accounts and verify granted discounts.
Monitor inventory and warehouse accounts and ensure their accuracy and proper reconciliation.
Review employee advances and custody accounts.
Review fixed assets, calculate depreciation, and monitor additions and disposals.
Review supplier accounts and prepare payment schedules for outstanding amounts.
Review expenses and revenues and ensure that they are properly allocated to the correct accounts.
Prepare and review the Trial Balance.
Requirements
Experience in accounting for industrial companies and preparing and reviewing financial accounts and reports.
Experience working with multi-branch industrial companies and monitoring inter-branch accounts.
Managing and monitoring customer, supplier, and bank accounts, ensuring accurate balances and reconciliations.
Monitoring fixed assets and preparing and reviewing depreciation schedules in accordance with applicable accounting policies.
Experience in performing monthly and annual closing procedures and preparing year-end financial statements.
Monitoring inventory movements, performing necessary reconciliations, and preparing and analyzing cost reports.
Reviewing daily accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy of accounting entries and transactions, and providing guidance to accountants.
Leading and managing accounting teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance and completion, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and deadlines.
