Cyber Security Engineer

Ensure product security across the entire product lifecycle.

Join us in building secure digital and industrial solutions by integrating security into every stage of the product lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with developers, architects and product teams to drive security excellence and help shape the future of our products.

What will be your role?

• Take ownership of end-to-end product security for our digital products and industrial solutions, from design through operation.
• Guide developers and architects in translating security risks and requirements into secure-by-design solutions.
• Shape security standards and development practices aligned with CRA, IEC 62443 and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Lead vulnerability management, security assessments and support Product Security Incident Response activities.
• Drive security reviews, testing and product certification activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Act as a trusted security advisor, challenging decisions where needed and continuously improving our security methods, tools and processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Several years of professional experience in cybersecurity, product/application security or secure software development.
• A strong understanding of security risks and the ability to turn complex requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Experience with security standards or regulatory frameworks such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
• The confidence to advise and influence developers, architects and product teams while balancing security, usability and business needs.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently on complex security topics.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial automation, machinery, OT or IoT environments.
• Knowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
• Experience with vulnerability management, security assessments or penetration testing.
• Experience with product certification and compliance, particularly CRA or IEC 62443.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD security or security automation.
• Relevant cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CSSLP, IEC 62443 or equivalent practical expertise.
