What you will be doing :
- Conduct occupational safety, health, and environmental risk analyses and assessments.
- Review, analyze, develop action plans, recommend control measures, and follow up to ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on occupational safety, health, and environmental practices to promote safe working behaviors.
- Investigate and analyze incidents, accidents, and work-related complaints; collect relevant data and prepare reports with recommendations.
- Coordinate with relevant parties and prepare required reports for government agencies.
- Support ISO14001 and ISO45001 activities within the company.
- Perform other safety-related duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for :
- Bachelor's degree or above in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Being qualified as a Professional Safety Officer.
- Having knowledge about related laws and regulations.
- Having knowledge about ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO9001.
- Knowledge of computer skills, e.g. Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good at communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and facilitation skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
