    • Manage employee and dependent enrolments, changes and benefit queries, working closely

    with People Operations where appropriate.

    • Maintain the global benefits inventory, renewal calendar and key programme documentation.
    • Coordinate insurance renewals, ensuring data, documentation and approvals are completed

    • Support implementation of benefits in new countries and entities.
    • Support the transition to and ongoing management of Kpler’s global benefits broker.
    • Review benefit invoices and employee data to support accurate administration and cost

    management.

    • Maintain benefits SOPs, controls and documentation to reduce key-person dependency and

    strengthen governance.

    • Support regional benefits benchmarking and identify opportunities to improve competitiveness,

    consistency and cost effectiveness.

    Compensation & Reward Analysis

    • Support global salary benchmarking and market-data analysis.
    • Participate in annual compensation survey submissions and maintain accurate market-

    matching data.

    • Support job and role mapping against external market benchmarks.
    • Analyse employee compensation against salary ranges, market data and internal peers.
    • Produce compa-ratio, range-positioning, internal-equity and pay-gap analysis.
    • Support departmental compensation reviews and recommendations.
    • Support annual merit, promotion and compensation review cycles.
    • Assist with compensation analysis required for EU Pay Transparency readiness.
    • Conduct compensation and benefits research for new markets as Kpler expands.
    • Prepare clear analysis and recommendations for HRBPs, business leaders and Total Rewards

    Governance & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate and auditable compensation and benefits data.
    • Produce regular reporting on benefits costs, renewals, employee participation and

    compensation positioning.

    • Identify data inconsistencies, operational risks and areas requiring escalation.
    • Support development and maintenance of Total Rewards policies, processes and SOPs.
    • Partner with People Operations and Payroll to ensure compensation and benefits changes are

    implemented accurately

Skills & Experience

    • Approximately 4-8 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards,

Reward or a related analytical HR role.

    • Practical experience administering employee benefits, ideally across multiple countries.
    • Experience working with brokers, insurers or benefits providers.
    • Strong numerical and analytical capability with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
    • Exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary ranges, market data or compensation

    review processes.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with sensitive employee and

    compensation data.

    • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines, renewals and operational priorities

    simultaneously.

    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Able to identify problems, investigate root causes and work independently towards

    solutions.

    • Experience in an international or rapidly scaling organisation would be advantageous
