Application support specialist

Task:

Being the first point of contact for Technology-related issues and requestsManagement of incidents, problems, and access management tickets (lvl1-2 support) by solving issues and communicating with stakeholders (Business, other Technology units, 3rd party suppliers) or forwarding them to internal or external developersTaking ownership of tickets, following the lifecycle until resolutionCoordinating resolution steps with different global groupsCreating, updating, and maintaining the knowledge baseInvestigating issues via pre-acquired knowledge or through analyzing logs, databases (SQL Server), or code, based on the understanding of business processes

Expectation:

Affinity for the operation and maintenance of Microsoft-based applications and infrastructureGood understanding of general IT concepts (software, hardware, operating systems, networks, etc.)Strong team player with good collaboration skillsGood written and spoken EnglishStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitudeAbility to work effectively under pressureGood communication skills

Other:

Degree in Economics or a related fieldMicrosoft certificationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Azure servicesExperience working with global stakeholders
