Data Management & Migration Consultant

What You would do at KPMG:

support large-scale business and IT transformation projects as a Data Management and Migration specialist collect, analyze and document business requirements related to data migration and data quality facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts perform source-to-target mapping and support definition of transformation rules coordinate data cleansing and remediation activities with business users support data migration testing, reconciliation and defect resolution create and maintain migration-related documentation, data dictionaries and mapping specifications collaborate with project managers, solution architects and technical teams to ensure successful migration delivery monitor migration progress, risks and data quality issues

What brings you aboard:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Economics or related field 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Management or Data Migration understanding of data lifecycle, data quality and migration concepts experience documenting business requirements and functional specifications strong analytical and problem-solving skills excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities strong English communication skills

Other

SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday or similar ERP experience knowledge of ETL and migration tools or data management softwares Data Governance methodology, or expertize experience in data cleansing or reconciliation activities DAMA CDMP or equivalent certification
