Kraken Robotics is currently seeking a Quality Control Technician tojoin our team in Rostock, Germany.

The primary purpose of the Quality Control Technician is to develop and maintain inspections on parts and products.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBIITIES

  • Incoming inspection of electrical components (circuit boards, cables, further electrical assemblies)
  • Testing in accordance with internal and external specifications
  • Service and maintenance of test equipment
  • Documentation of inspections and controls in according to instructions and templates; proper filing and maintenance of documents

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education & Background

  • Education or training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, quality control, or a related field
  • Preferred: Certified electrician or background in electrical engineering (no college degree required)

Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality control and/or electrical component testing
  • Processing and handling of electrical components
  • Preferred: Quality control and inspection in a manufacturing industry

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of circuit diagrams/schematics and technical drawings
  • Proficiency in using measurement equipment and test instruments
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements is preferred

Personal Skills

  • Careful work, even under time pressure
  • A detailed and reliable approach to work
  • Goal-oriented problem-solving
  • Accurate and professional communication

Language Skills

  • Good written and spoken German
  • Good English skills are preferred

Die Hauptaufgabe desQualitätskontrolltechnikers besteht darin, Prüfverfahren für Bauteile und Produkte zu entwickeln und aufrechtzuerhalten.

AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

  • Wareneingangsprüfung elektrischer Bauteile (Leiterplatten, Kabel, weitere elektrische Baugruppen)
  • Prüfung gemäß internen und externen Vorgaben
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung von Prüfgeräten
  • Dokumentation von Prüfungen und Kontrollen gemäß Anweisungen und Vorlagen; ordnungsgemäße Ablage und Pflege der Dokumente

QUALIFIKATIONEN UND ERFAHRUNG

Ausbildung & Hintergrund

  • Ausbildung oder Schulung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Qualitätskontrolle oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Bevorzugt: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker/-in oder Hintergrund in der Elektrotechnik (kein Hochschulabschluss erforderlich)

Erfahrung

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle und/oder Prüfung elektrischer Bauteile
  • Verarbeitung und Handhabung elektrischer Bauteile
  • Bevorzugt: Qualitätskontrolle und Prüfung in der Fertigungsindustrie

Technische Fähigkeiten

  • Verständnis von Schaltplänen/Schaltbildern und technischen Zeichnungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messgeräten und Prüfinstrumenten
  • Kenntnisse der ISO-9001-Anforderungen sind von Vorteil

Persönliche Fähigkeiten

  • Sorgfältiges Arbeiten, auch unter Zeitdruck
  • Eine genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
