Your mission
As a Junior Recruiter at Kreios Space, you will support the growth of our team by helping attract and engage talented professionals across engineering, technical and business functions.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in Talent Acquisition within a highly innovative environment. Support recruitment processes
Assist in managing recruitment processes for technical and business roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.
Help identify and attract talent
Support sourcing activities through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels to identify potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Learn technical recruiting
Develop an understanding of engineering and technical profiles across areas such as electronics, software, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, propulsion and satellite technologies.
Build candidate relationships
Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining regular communication.
Collaborate with hiring managers
Work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and support recruitment activities.
Maintain talent pipelines
Help build and maintain candidate databases and talent pools for future hiring needs.
Contribute to recruitment excellence
Track recruitment activity, maintain accurate data and support initiatives to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience recruiting technical and engineering profiles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
- Interest in aerospace, engineering, space or deeptech industries.
