Consulting Team - Azure Cloud Architect

We are looking for an Azure Cloud Architect to join a consulting team supporting a Swedish public-sector organization in strengthening its capabilities across data, analytics, cloud platforms, and digital development.

Responsibilities

• At least 5 years of professional experience with Microsoft Azure in large organizations or complex IT environments
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, or technical architecture
• Proven experience designing and establishing Azure environments
• Strong experience with Azure Landing Zones and cloud governance
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) or equivalent cloud governance frameworks
• Experience with target architecture, solution design, and technical guidelines for cloud and hybrid environments
• Strong understanding of Azure security, governance, and cost management
• Experience working with complex IT environments and multiple stakeholders
• Good understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent Swedish and English - both mandatory

Requirements

• Design and establish Azure cloud environments in complex IT environments
• Design and implement Azure Landing Zones and cloud governance
• Work in accordance with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) or equivalent frameworks
• Develop target architectures, solution designs, and technical guidelines for cloud and hybrid environments
• Support the development and management of Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and AI solutions
• Ensure appropriate security, governance, and cost control across Azure environments
• Collaborate with solution architects, infrastructure specialists, developers, data professionals, and other technical teams
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Contribute to roadmaps, implementation plans, documentation, and ways of working
• Support the implementation and ongoing management of cloud solutions
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and the development of internal cloud capabilities
