We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help us design and build scalable, high-performance systems that power our SaaS platforms. You’ll work primarily with Ruby on Rails and Go, building API-first, multi-tenant architectures that serve thousands of users reliably.
You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team - collaborating closely with product, frontend, and infra engineers - to ship features, improve performance, and make technical decisions that shape the platform’s future. If you enjoy solving hard problems, care about clean architecture, and love building systems that last, you’ll fit right in.
Skills & Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in backend or platform engineering.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Go, or similar modern backend frameworks.
Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, distributed systems, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
Hands-on experience with MySQL, Redis, and data warehouses like Snowflake.
Comfortable deploying and operating systems on AWS, using Docker and Terraform.
Familiar with CI/CD, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Understands the principles of secure API development, authentication, and authorization.
Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent real-world experience).

Mentor and support other engineers where needed.
