Community Operations Associate

We’re looking for highly driven, people-oriented individuals to join our Community Operations team. This role is at the frontlines of our community-working directly with users to understand behavior, build relationships, and identify opportunities to drive growth.

What you’ll do:

• Engage with users daily through in app hangouts, chats, or calls
• Conduct surveys and gather insights to understand user needs and behavior
• Build genuine relationships across a diverse user base
• Spot opportunities for growth, retention, and monetization
• Act as the voice of the user by sharing actionable insights with internal teams

What we’re looking for:

• Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset
• High level of empathy and ability to connect with people from all backgrounds
• Clear and logical communication skills (spoken and written, any language)
• Observant and proactive-able to identify patterns and opportunities on the ground
• Willingness to hustle and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old
• Open to fresh graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience
• Must have a personal smartphone and laptop
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Tech savvy. Familiarity with google workspace and the kumu app is a plus.
• Willing to report to our Makati office at least once per quarter
