DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who can help us build, maintain, and improve our infrastructure and deployment processes. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure reliable, scalable, secure, and efficient application deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and production environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications across development, staging, and production environments.
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance tracking.
• Work with development teams to improve deployment reliability and reduce release time.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.
• Implement security, backup, access control, and infrastructure best practices.
• Optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost.
• Maintain proper documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or site reliability engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Experience with Kubernetes is preferred.
• Good understanding of Git, networking, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and security concepts.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, or similar.
• Good scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A mindset focused on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with high-scale production systems.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2 S3 RDS, VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch.
• Understanding of security and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with cost optimization and infrastructure automation.
