We have a great opportunity for someone to join the Supply Chain Team as a Logistics Administrator, where they will take day to day responsibility for the logistics operations to ensure that all goods movements in/outbound are undertaken in accordance with company procedures and legislative requirements. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.
The responsibilities of the Logistics Administrator include:
- To ensure that the logistics operations are providing the highest customer service, in terms of general dealings with the customer/supplier and delivery performance in order to contribute in a positive manner to the overall customer/supplier experience.
- To assist in the investigation and resolution of claims for short shipment/damaged in transit etc claims.
- To action all duties in a cost-conscious way whilst minimising waste.
- Ensure that product arriving/leaving KUK is receipted/dispatched with all correct paperwork, via pre-approved hauliers, in line with delivery instructions and Company procedures.
- To operate Construction and Ag/Groundcare equipment.
- To support the warehouse team as and when required
- To assist in the stock take processes.
