IT Support Technician

At Kwalee, you will be responsible for :

• Providing reliable and timely IT support to employees, ensuring smooth, efficient, and secure IT operations.

• Support and maintain end-user devices, applications, and workplace technology across Windows and macOS environments.

• Work collaboratively with the IT team and end users to resolve technical issues and maintain effective IT services.

This role is based in our Bangalore studio, working onsite 5 days per week, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems and software applications across Windows and macOS environments.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate where necessary
• Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Support endpoint management solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Kandji.
• Manage user accounts and profiles in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with the rollout, testing, and evaluation of new applications and technologies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot meeting room systems and audiovisual equipment.
• Support network infrastructure, including VPNs, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and equipment records.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and service requests, ensuring timely resolution in line with agreed service levels.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3-4 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or IT Operations.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and Kandji/Iru/Jamf
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira.
• Basic understanding of networking, VPNs and common connectivity issues.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and provide effective end-user support.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
