Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je biedt eerstelijns remote support aan internationale klanten en analyseert technische incidenten via het ticketsysteem.

  • Je werkt mee aan IT-projecten zoals implementaties, cloudmigraties en de uitrol van nieuwe infrastructuren.

  • Je beheert en onderhoudt virtuele serveromgevingen en zorgt voor een stabiele en performante IT-omgeving.

  • Je installeert, configureert en onderhoudt de softwareomgeving van klanten met behulp van gestandaardiseerde procedures en automatisatie.

  • Je documenteert je werkzaamheden, stemt af met collega's en denkt actief mee na over verbeteringen voor klanten en interne processen.





Wat verwachten zij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een IT diploma en hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen IT Support of System Engineering.

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Windows Server, virtualisatie, netwerken (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls) en Microsoft 365. Ervaring met Azure, Linux of SQL is een mooie meerwaarde.

  • Je bent analytisch, werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en werkt graag samen in een technisch team.
