The Role
Diseño de Arquitectura Cloud-Native: Diseñar soluciones técnicas utilizando los servicios PaaS yServerlessde Azure (como AzureKubernetesService - AKS, Azure App Service, AzureFunctionsyEventGrid), asegurando la escalabilidad, alta disponibilidad y resiliencia.
Modernización de Aplicaciones: Liderar técnicamente las iniciativas de refactorización y migración de aplicaciones monolíticas hacia arquitecturas de microservicios y contenedores en la nube, desacoplando la lógica de negocio de las capas de datos.
Infraestructura como Código (IaC) y SRE: Definir y mantener los estándares de despliegue automatizado, utilizando herramientas comoTerraform(prioritariamente) oBicep, y aplicando principios deSiteReliabilityEngineering(SRE) para garantizar laobservabilidady el rendimiento continuo.
Implementación y DevOps: Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de desarrollo para establecer flujos de CI/CD robustos (mediante Azure DevOps o GitHubActions), automatizando tanto el ciclo de vida del software como el de la infraestructura subyacente.
Gobernanza y Seguridad desde el Código (DevSecOps): Asegurar que el desarrollo y las arquitecturas propuestas cumplan con las normativas corporativas y lasLandingZonesestablecidas, integrando la seguridad desde las primeras fases del desarrollo.
Liderazgo Técnico y Mentoría: Actuar como referente técnico (Subject Matter Expert), guiando a los desarrolladores en las mejores prácticas de programación para la nube y resolviendo bloqueos técnicos complejos a nivel de código y arquitectura.
Who You Are
Backgrounden Ingeniería de Software: Experiencia sólida y demostrable previa como desarrollador (Back-endo Full-stack) utilizando lenguajes yframeworksmodernos.
Experto en Ecosistema Azure: Conocimiento profundo de los servicios de cómputo, bases de datos (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL) y mensajería (Service Bus,EventHubs) de Microsoft Azure.
Automatización eIaC: Dominio avanzado en la creación y gestión de infraestructura como código, con fuerte énfasis enTerraformpara el aprovisionamiento de recursos cloud.
Contenedores y Orquestación: Experiencia práctica demostrable en lacontenerizaciónde aplicaciones (Docker) y su gestión en producción medianteKubernetes(AKS).
Metodologías y Prácticas DevOps: Capacidad para diseñar e implementar pipelines de CI/CD complejos, con foco en la integración continua, pruebas automatizadas y despliegues sin tiempo de inactividad (zero-downtime).
Certificaciones Recomendadas: Se valorará positivamente estar en posesión de certificaciones oficiales comoMicrosoftCertified: AzureSolutionsArchitectExpert(AZ-305) oAzureDeveloperAssociate(AZ-204).
