Our Cyber Resilience, Security & Connectivity (CRC) practice supports organizations across the full transformation lifecycle, from assessment and strategy through implementation and operational readiness.

• DORA, NIS2 and Operational Resilience

We're looking for hands-on consultants who can assess, advise, design, facilitate workshops, and deliver actionable outcomes for clients. Beyond recommendations, our teams help organizations turn strategy into execution.

Your Responsibilities

As a Cyber Resilience Consultant, you will help clients design and improve their resilience capabilities across business continuity, disaster recovery, cyber recovery, and crisis management.

You will:

• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and identify critical business services, processes, applications, and infrastructure components.
• Assess existing business and IT resilience capabilities and identify critical dependencies.
• Design and improve Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, and Cyber Recovery solutions.
• Define recovery priorities, recovery scenarios, recovery sequencing, and RTO/RPO objectives.
• Evaluate backup, restore, immutability, isolated recovery environments (IRE), and clean room capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, IT, infrastructure, cloud, security, and executive teams.
• Design, prepare, facilitate, and evaluate crisis management exercises and recovery testing programs.
• Produce assessments, resilience roadmaps, recovery plans, executive presentations, and actionable recommendations.
• Support clients in translating resilience requirements into concrete transformation initiatives.

Who You Are

Your experience

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Cyber Resilience
  • Disaster Recovery
  • Business Continuity
  • Crisis Management
  • Operational Resilience
• Proven consulting experience delivering client-facing projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, perform assessments, and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of workstreams or engagements.

Your technical expertise

Experience in several of the following domains:

• Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
• Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
• Disaster Recovery (DR)
• Cyber Recovery
• Recovery Strategy Design
• Recovery Testing and Validation
• Crisis Management and Crisis Governance
• Recovery Objectives (RTO/RPO)
• Dependency Mapping and Critical Service Analysis
• Backup, Restore, Immutability, and Data Protection
• Isolated Recovery Environments (IRE)
• Clean Room Solutions
• Data Center, Cloud, and Hybrid Infrastructure Environments

Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, ISO 22301, or other resilience-related frameworks is considered a strong advantage.
