Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Success Manager (TSM) to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Manager, Technical Success Management within the Customer Success department. You will serve as a strategic technical advisor, deeply understanding customer goals to align our solutions and drive long-term satisfaction. By building strong stakeholder relationships and providing proactive recommendations, you will ensure our customers realize the full value of the Zscaler platform.

• Understand customer goals, technical challenges, and business needs to align Zscaler solutions and drive overall satisfaction
• Build deep relationships with key stakeholders, conduct periodic reviews, and identify strategic growth opportunities
• Anticipate technical hurdles, provide proactive recommendations, and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Master Zscaler products and services to contribute best-practice content for internal and customer-facing Knowledge Bases
• Collaborate across Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless and high-impact customer experience

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with a proven blend of technical expertise and account management
• Demonstrated experience leading product feature implementations and driving best-practice adoption
• Proficiency with operating systems including Linux, Unix, and Free BSD
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting network issues using tools like Ping, Traceroute, and MTR
• Solid understanding of core networking protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, FTP, and DNS

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
• Experience leading discovery discussions, building high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD), and managing large-scale migrations
• In-depth understanding of enterprise infrastructure and cloud security technologies including SASE, SSE, and ZTNA
• Expertise in open-source system administration and authentication protocols like SAML, LDAP, and OAuth
