We are seeking a highly organized and operationally driven Data Center Inventory & Asset Manager to oversee the spare parts, inventory, asset lifecycle, and hardware replacement operations supporting large-scale data center environments.

This role is responsible for ensuring the availability of critical infrastructure components, optimizing inventory levels, coordinating hardware replacements and vendor engagements, and maintaining accurate asset records across multiple locations. You will work closely with data center operations teams, logistics providers, OEM partners, and service management stakeholders to ensure timely hardware availability and operational continuity.

  • Drive inventory planning and optimization strategies, leveraging consumption trends and demand forecasts to maintain appropriate stock levels across multiple locations.
  • Manage hardware replacement and warranty processes, partnering with vendors and OEMs to coordinate timely resolutions and minimize operational risk.
  • Oversee asset lifecycle governance, maintaining accurate asset, inventory, and configuration records across enterprise asset management and CMDB platforms.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and supply chain partners to ensure efficient movement, tracking, and delivery of hardware assets and components.
  • Provide operational insights and reporting on inventory health, asset utilization, replacement activities, and service performance while supporting audit and compliance requirements.
