The Role
As a IT Operations Team Lead at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for the administration, operation, and support of enterprise platforms aligned to business-critical environments. You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure availability, performance, security, and continuous service improvement under strict SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multidisciplinary technical teams.
Manage operational workload, prioritization, and capacity.
Ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
Manage stakeholder communication and escalations.
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

8+ years managing IT operations teams.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience operating under SLAs and KPIs.
Intermediate English proficiency.
