The Role
We are seeking a strategic, user-centric Product Manager to drive business outcomes by leading a core product from initial problem definition through to release and continuous improvement. Acting as the bridge between business strategy, user empathy, and engineering excellence, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, designers, and software engineers to bring innovative ideas to life. This is a highly visible role where your strategy, roadmapping, and post-launch optimization will directly shape the future of our product portfolio.
Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.
Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product.
Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.
Engage with and support users to drive productadoption.
Who You Are
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED
Proven record of driving business outcomes.
End to end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage high levelstakeholders.
Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
Experience working with enterprise or B2B customers
CertificationslikeScrumMaster,ProductOwner,BusinessAnalysis Professional are a plus.
