Your expertise in prioritizing use cases, conducting ROI and business case analyses, and seamlessly incorporating security and resiliency into future state designs will shape the foundation for success.

You will strategically develop a future state vision and roadmap, revolutionizing the infrastructure and network requirements to meet the ever-evolving needs of both IT and business. Who You Are

Job Profile

The SAP Consultant Jr is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of high-quality SAP solutions aligned with business requirements and global standards. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional or technical expert for one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.).
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective and scalable SAP solutions.
• Design and configure SAP solutions in compliance with global standards and best practices.
• Lead workstreams or sub-projects within SAP implementations.
• Collaborate with project managers, key business users, and external vendors to ensure project success.
• Identify project risks and define mitigation plans proactively.
• Actively participate in all phases of the SAP project lifecycle:
  • Blueprint
  • Configuration
  • Testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT)
  • Go-Live and post-production support
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants.
• Create and maintain functional documentation and solution designs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to assigned SAP module(s).
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• SAP FI / CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP ECC y/o SAP S/4HANA (exposure)

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant SAP certifications.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives or S/4HANA migrations.
• Exposure to global or multinational environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and/or SAP Activate methodologies.
