The Role

Ready to embark on a new adventure? At Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services, you'll join a high-performing infrastructure and cloud platform team, contributing to the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-grade container platforms based on Red Hat OpenShift.

The role targets a professional with a solid and progressive career path in Linux / Cloud / Container platforms, who can operate with increasing autonomy and contribute to both operations and platform evolution initiatives.

You will act as a key interface across Delivery, Engineering, and Consulting teams, ensuring platform stability while enabling innovation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms in hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security compliance
• Support platform evolution initiatives
• Contribute to CI/CD, GitOps, and DevOps practices
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and act as escalation point
• Collaborate with Architects and Consult Partner
• Drive continuous optimization
• Support governance and service improvement

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in Linux and enterprise environments • Proven OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters experience in managing production environments • Experience in complex enterprise environments • Ability to work with autonomy and ownership
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform or ArgoCD
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Technical Skills

• Red Hat OpenShift • Kubernetes ecosystem • Linux (RHEL)
• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures • Scripting (Bash, Python, YAML) • CI/CD and DevOps tools • Monitoring and troubleshooting tools

Certifications

• Red Hat OpenShift Administrator (EX280) - strongly preferred
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD)
• Red Hat certifications
