Als Commercial Controller BeLux neem je ownership over de volledige commerciële resultatenrekening van België en Luxemburg. Je werkt vanuit onze hoofdzetel in Erpe-Mere en rapporteert aan de Finance Director Benelux. Daarbij werk je dagelijks samen met Sales, Marketing en het Benelux Controlling Team.
Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:
- Analyseren, interpreteren en rapporteren van de maandelijkse commerciële resultaten voor de BeLux-markt.
- Opvolgen van omzet, marges, logistieke kosten en overheads en deze vertalen naar heldere business inzichten.
- Identificeren van risico's en opportuniteiten en formuleren van concrete aanbevelingen aan het sales management.
- Fungeren als een volwaardige business partner voor het Sales Management Team.
- Ondersteunen van commerciële beslissingen rond pricing, promoties, tenders en business cases.
- Leiden van jaarlijkse budget- en forecastprocessen voor Sales & Marketing BeLux.
- Ontwikkelen van financiële modellen die duurzame groei ondersteunen.
- Mee bouwen aan verdere optimalisatie, standaardisatie en automatisering van financiële processen.
- Waken over compliance, interne controllingrichtlijnen en auditvereisten.
In deze functie krijg je de kans om rechtstreeks impact te hebben op de commerciële agenda van LLBG en samen te werken met senior stakeholders binnen de organisatie.
