Compliance

• Carry out routine internal audits across the company's branches and departments to evaluate adherence to established policies, procedures and operational standards.
• Examine business processes and assess how effective the internal control systems are.
• Detect operational inefficiencies, control weaknesses, irregularities and emerging risks.
• Perform unannounced audits and regular inspections to confirm that company policies are being followed.
• Confirm that transactions and business activities are properly approved, documented and recorded.
• Compile audit findings and present recommended corrective actions to management.
• Track the implementation of audit recommendations once approved.

Financial Records and Transaction Auditing

• Inspect financial records, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other supporting documents to confirm their accuracy and authenticity.
• Review daily sales reports, cash collections, POS transactions and bank deposits.
• Verify cash balances and investigate any differences between recorded and actual amounts.
• Review expenses, purchases, supplier invoices and payment documentation to confirm proper authorisation.
• Flag unusual transactions, unauthorised expenditures and any possible financial concerns.
