Job Description

LabWare Global Services (LGS) has an immediate opening for a Senior Technical Trainer.LGS is interested in an energetic, highly motivated individual with LabWare LIMS training experience to join the Training Services team.

Responsibilities

·Delivering instructor-led training sessions to LabWare customers, employees and contractors.

·Performing administrative follow-up tasks and activities.

·Developing, testing and maintaining training software, course material, exercises, assessments and documentation.

·Editing and standardizing training materials prepared by other team members.

·Coordinating training programs and classes with internal and external clients, and stakeholders.

·Maintain a high level of LabWare product knowledge expertise including new product development, revisions and releases.

·Keeping current with new training concepts or methods.

Required Skills

·Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college.

·Must demonstrate a strong knowledge of the LabWare product suite.

·3+ years of software product training experience.

·Ability to conduct instructor-led in-house, on-site and on-line training sessions.

·Strong verbal, presentation and teaching skills.

·Positive attitude, ability to motivate learners and establish credibility.

·Strong customer service skills, self-motivated, and dedicated.

·Excellent organizational, time management and follow through skills.

·Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail.

·Proficiency in Microsoft office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access).

·Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

·Ability and willingness to work independently and with a team.

·Ability to accommodate approximately 50% overnight travel (interstate and country) and schedule flexibility.

·Valid Driver’s License.
